Buller Electricity Limited (BEL) is the local lines network company that supplies approximately 4,600 electricity consumers on the West Coast of the South Island of New Zealand. They supply consumers across 4,345 sq km stretching from Karamea in the North to Meybille Bay near Punakaiki in the South a distance of more than 150 kms.

Established in 1947, the Company is owned by its consumers via the Buller Electric Power Trust. While the core activity is electricity distribution, Buller Electricity also operates an electrical contracting business (Electro Services Limited), and is a significant owner of the electricity retailer Pulse Energy Limited.
